I love cooking, I do, I do! However, since I had my little angel I haven't been able to cook, so now that she is 1 and a half, I decided to wake up extra early and start cooking for my husband. I remember now how much I loved cooking. I have a great passion for cooking lovely dishes for the people I love. So last night, I was out and about rummaging through the internet looking for recipes when I stumbled upon this delightful site: http://thepioneerwoman.com/ I love this site! I got so excited last night.
The Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond is a great cook and her tutorials are so much fun to read, she is hilarious (unlike boring recipes). She shares a lot of vegetarian meals surprisingly, and since I'm vegetarian as well, I love her for it! She loves mushrooms, maybe more than I do, I love how she thinks, she reminds me of myself somehow, and how can I forget, she has some delicious pasta recipes as well. Pasta is my staple, can't get enough of it.
